Hi Sweet Pea,

I'll PL your sections if you want, but I'm hesitating to volunteer to do the whole thing until I find out what's going to be in it (for conscience's sake). If you'd rather wait and find someone who will do the whole thing, that's fine for me. I might have to record a chapter myself.

I just wanted to mention the fact that I have uploaded and posted the link for section 20, even though the MW only has it down as "assigned".

I'm using Google Chrome. :D Internet Explorer might change the effects. Thanks for getting this straightened out. It's not a problem; I just saw another project once where a reader put a (1) on a re-uploaded file to show that it had been fixed and it caused problems. I'll just stick to PLing and lea...

I just followed the steps you sent me: I right click the "Listen" link, select "save link as" and it brings up my folder. The name the computer automatically gives it has a (1) on the end for the first one I did and a (2) on the end for the second one.

My computer just put a (2) on when I saved it again, so I guess it's the computer. Sorry for the confusion. It hasn't done this before but I guess I'm just still working out the kinks.

My computer's Windows 7 as well, and it always writes over old files when I save new ones with the same name. That's what made me notice it; it didn't do that this time.

It's when I bring them up in a folder after saving them to my computer that I see the number. It might be just the way my computer does it, but that's what it says the uploaded name is.

If you check out the file names from the files for Sections 00, 01, and 02, the files have a (1) on the end after the _128kb. They're new files, because the mistakes have been fixed, but the (1) was added onto the end. I'm not sure why.

Hope this gets straightened out.

Section 2 is PL ok! I am still only seeing 2 seconds of silence at the end of section 01, the Dedication. Could you take a look at that? For section 00, at 1:24 you changed the pronunciation of Rotherham, but it's pronounced "Rotherdam". You can make the call on whether to change it or not...

Section 4 is PL perfect!

Just one thing for Section 3:

@ 2:40: "Thoulouse" is supposed to be pronounced "Too-loose".

I also forgot to mention that the Dedication has only 3 seconds of silence at the end; could you put those on when you re-upload it?
