Re: [OPEN]The Cambridge History of English Literature, Volume 1: From the Beginnings to the Cycles of Romance - kit

I didn't notice any out of order pages though I didn't scan every page. There was another not-bad scan available so if something is missing, we can use that too. well as long as the pages are in here, we can go with this, but it's good to have a backup, yes. here is section 7, very interesting :) h...

Re: [DUET]The Knave of Diamonds by Ethel M. Dell - kit

ok, Claire, you have access to the MW now as BC. I see the chapter titles have not been inserted yet, if you want me to do them, I can do that tomorrow for you.

As it's technically a duet now, we can also keep the short intro disclaimer.

We are moving over to Readers Found.

Thank you again

Re: [Solo]The Knave of Diamonds by Ethel M. Dell - kit

Hi! I’m happy to pick up this solo to help finish it. I can start recording sections next week 🙂 hi Claire ! That is such a big help, thank you so much. :9: In fact, I think both your voices will blend quite nicely and it won't be a major rift in the transition from one reader to the next. I'll ass...

With SirenaRose no longer able to record for this project for now, I wanted to comment to confirm that I'll be able to stay on as DPL. I can happily continue with word-perfect PLing. thank you for staying on, Scarbo ! And for the record, in case Sirena cannot find the time right now to log in, here...

Re: [OPEN]The Cambridge History of English Literature, Volume 1: From the Beginnings to the Cycles of Romance - kit

could I go on with section 7. Old English Christian Poetry Part 1 by M. Bentick Smith ? I noticed the pages are out of order at 52 ! Luckily I found them a few pages later. We need to be careful with this bookscan, maybe it happened in other sections as well. Did you check ? If you encounter...

Re: [OPEN][Français]Essais, Livre I par Montaigne - kit

Yet another french lesson. Do you remember while reading Rimbaud you said /g/ sound and /r/ sound comes from two different places? then it struck me and later I was able to achieve the distinction. English is my second, and french would be my third language. Soon I will call myself Trilingual...

Re: [GROUP / Literature] Readings from Modern Mexican Authors, by Frederick Starr - loa

huge advance warning for the DPL !!! The final 10 minutes, the last excerpt from this chapter, was one of the hardest I ever had to read. Honestly I had a hard time not vomiting with the graphic description of Anton's final moments. :? I hope I cut out all the gags and gulps. I am rather squeamish ...

Re: [GROUP / Literature] Readings from Modern Mexican Authors, by Frederick Starr - loa

I could go on with 25. Manuel Sánches Mármol :)

I guess I can leave the page reference "(See p. 148.)" out, as it would not be helpful for readers and is more like a footnote ? :hmm:
