Why allow it to use the Librivox name ?

Hi all, as most would be aware librivox has an android app for phones I highly recomend this it can have issues from time to time but it leaves alot of the other audio book apps in it's dust and its a good way of supporting librivox and it's volunteers .

I have a question in regards to proof listening as I am new the site l understand l would be listening out for mistakes and things like that but am I also to be listening for the quality of the voice? And do l download a etext and follow along with that? Thanks people
