Section 1 is PL OK. Noticed you didn't read the list of all the committee members. It was read in earlier issues. Sections 13, 17, and 18 are PL OK. Section 19 just needs 1 change. I wouldn't mark it except that it is the title of the section. 0:27 should be "race" not "racial" ...
