Re: [CHILDREN] The Wishing-Stone Stories by Thornton W. Burgess - jo

Just had a listen and I thoroughly enjoyed your reading! I have a couple of notes, all easy fixes: Volume- as Larry mentioned above the volume level does need to be raised to meet the target of 89db. 12:48 to 12:51- there is almost a 4 second pause here which seems to disrupt the flow of the story....

My third section is up and Ready for PL https://librivox.org/uploads/knotyouraveragejo/hopefarmnotes_14_collingwood_128kb.mp3 9:38 I wavered about singing or just reading. The singing is not my strong suit as you can hear. If you think it better to have the carols just spoken, I did that as well for...

Larry, do you also want Kevin to read the following line in Part 1? Or do you have other plans for it?:

"Now as Mr. Wiseman said this, he gave a great sigh."

I just uploaded my role for Part 3, and I did not encounter any narrator lines in that part.
Yes, I've already got that line.
Thanks.

 I had the same feeling as Lomond, so I was just lurking a bit. So, since he is on board, I'll do some reading. Sounds good to me anyway. 8-) I don't usually take sections in groups, but in this case I'd like to take 48-51, a subject that greatly interests me. I'm sure his prayer meeting talks ...
