Final chapter and fine ending. I had a rainstorm during much of the recording session so I got closer to the pop filter and ended up with plosives and rain noise. Hard to eliminate plosives.

I had to Google 'fly your freak flag'; I was born in 1942 and it was alien to me! But Tarkington's era was 1900 or so, lots different yet. I really enjoy his Penrod books; I can just about visualize the slower and quieter time, kind of like summer as a kid.

Thanks Kevin; I'm puzzling through it as I read. I finished chapter 2 but Librivox was down so just now uploading. Think I see some romance down the line, maybe the non-imaginative Beasley is working on his imagination?? I'll find out!!
