You might try the Disk Utility and run its First Aid to see if there is something wrong with your disk.

And as part of workflow I would definitely save before starting your edits.

I think it would be really helpful if on a person's catalog page, the "Forum Name" was a link to the person's profile on the forum. Then you can click on the link, click on PM and you are thanking them quickly.

Is there a quicker way to select an entire single track than clicking at the start and then shift clicking at the end? When I do Select All, it selects everything in all the tracks.
