I always try to clearly differentiate between things that must be fixed - repeats missed text wrong intros etc and opinions. And to make the "error list" look as friendly as possible - no red ink, no long lists I would write - there are repeats at 2:01 ,2:30 ,3:05 ....... rather than list them one ...

Section 47 fixes: 3:50 = funky background noise just before 'according' 29:02 = word read as 'another'. Should be 'voice' I also heard a mic tap at 1:47, 3:45, 28:24. They are slight enough that I don't think you need to fix them on this recording. But maybe I'm the only one who heard them? Not sure...
