edit: I started downloading the sections and I noticed that Section 15 in the magic window has the link of the file for section 18. But I got Section 15 from the link in the post itself

I'd say both pronunciation ways are acceptable. If I had to choose one, that would be "cinnabar".
Also, “uppercases PQRST lowercases pqrst” is just fine, and easier on the ear
