Found something. Adopting an Abandoned Farm by Kate Sanborn. What do you think? Its a project gutenberg book. So its public domain and it looks sort of charming.

I seem to be hopeless with those silences. I really can't figure out what the problem is. At the moment, I have 90 thousand back ups on the computer for both Chapter 6 and 7, and am in utter confusion about what file is what. I redid the file, with the silence edits and the volume correction, but when I went to upload it, the original by Todd is there under the same file designation. How do you want me to upload this, designated as an alternate file, to you?

Here is Chapter VI, The Party at the MIlan. It comes in at 14 minutes, 12 seconds.
