Section 29 has been fixed and re-uploaded.

I'll fix those tomorrow, meanwhile pan Balcer&co meet "envoys" from the old country and together finally sail back home.

The author could have easily divided it into 2 or 3 separate chapters. There's a lot going on and the events can be easily separated. I wonder if she got fed up with the excessive number of chapters?
