Oh dear, I forgot about US copyright laws. As far as I can tell, they appeared first on disc in around 1930, and in print in 1932 in the UK. I would guess that they were never published in the US.

I think what you heard at 8:00 is the line that MacDonald goes on to criticise as clumsy - "As all flat maps (and I am one) are one". I've adjusted the relative volumes to make the "are one" less emphatic, but it does need some distinction between them. I couldn't hear a backgrou...
