I signed up to do chapters 05 Salads and 18 pickles and relishes. I am very sorry, but I won't be able to do them. Since we moved in April, my life is in a real turmoil and I'm not set up to do any recording. Regretfully, you'll have to find someone else to do these recordings.

When we did the other cookbook, I had to give back my chapters because we were moving and I couldn't get them done. But, now we are setteled in our apartment and I would like to take 05 - Salads and 18 - preserves, pickles and relishes.

Thanks, Betsie, I was going to record those chapters before we moved but didn't get around to them. I'm looking forward to recording some chapters of some other cookbooks.

I'd love to do Chapter 69 The Fir Tree and Chapter 74 Little Red Riding Hood. I probably won't get to them for about a month or so, though, because we sold our house and will be in the midst of moving in the very near future.

We finally sold our house so we are going to be moving to Montana in the next month (March), therefore I will try to record Chapter 37 and send it to you by tomorrow or the next day. I want to get the recording out of the way before everything gets crazy here!

I'd love to take a couple of fables because I had so much fun with the last ones but I don't think I can get them done before Tuesday. I'll wait until Monday, and if there are any left, I'll take one or two of them, ok? I really like that new system, I think it will work out alot better.
