Re: G'day Y'all

Welcome lazarus. It has been forever since I've been on myself and hopefully, once I figure out what's changed, I can get back to volunteering.

Best of luck to you. Hope you keep finding recordings that keep you entertained.

So instead of hijacking someone elses thread I thought I'd just reintroduce with my old one. It's been awhile since I've spent any time here, but I've been downloading files off and on. I'm now with SAIC protecting our nation's money supply from hackers and/or incompetence. I'm attending the UMaryla...

Hi, Mark, and welcome to Librivox! :D I've taken a listen to your test recording, and it sounds good. Volume OK, sample rate OK, no background noise, no DC offset, all of which are good. In the interest of getting some traction on this, I'm going to reopen all the remaining chapters as of January 15th. So if you're still working on stuff and think you can get it done by then please let me know, otherwise I'll go ahead and reopen this then.

Thanks

I'll update this. For some reason the watch I put on this topic stopped emailing me.

Mark, got your file already and will review it soon. Thanks.

I should probably check in with Jameyo and see how things are going.

Now that I'm back to civilization... I'll have my chapters done probably this week. I think I'll post the two orphans this week as well. Maybe September we'll be ready for Listeners?
