Okay, intro and outro silence durations fixed, upped volume on 0 and 5 to max without clipping, removed fan noise, re-uploaded, and changed file durations to match new versions. What's next?

Yes—the background noise is my central heat going on and off. I removed noise using a sample from the "fan off" background noise in order to interfere less with the sound quality.
