Re: St. Helena Journal Of General Baron Gourgaud 1815-1818
That's a drag. There is a 1903 book in English called "Talks of Napoleon at St. Helena with General Baron Gourgaud : together with the journal kept by Gourgaud on their journey from Waterloo to St. Helena." Not the same but also good. https://archive.org/details/talksofnapoleona00gour/page...

OUR SOUTHERN HIGHLANDERS
Our Southern Highlanders by Horace Kephart This book is about Kephart's time in the Smoky Mountains with the isolated people who lived there. He treats them almost like an aboriginal people (but not condescendingly). Not only is it interesting, but the author has a good sense of humor. Interesting s...

I'd like to thank Kevin Green for his amazing recording of "The Tallyrand Maxim." He does different characters, voices, accents, and ages so well. I feel like I'm really hearing different people. Excellent narration! I'll be listening to more of his recordings.

I've also listened to Justin Brett's reading of "The Brazilian Cat" and thought it was magnificently done. It's a great story, too.
