Not quite. 84.4dB/ -27dB RMS. Shoot for 89dB/-23dB RMS. You should be able to do RMS normalization in Audition (I've never used it, but it's a full-feature DAW). Set it for -23dB RMS and you'll nail it.

Okay, you are good to go. The volume is fine.
In Audition, you want a loudness volume of about -23dB RMS. RMS measures overall volume the way Checker does, but uses the standard scale. I normalize all by audio in Reaper using RMS normalize.
