Hi everyone, I've just logged in to Librivox for the first time in some monstrous number of years, and wanted to say hi to everybody. It's great to see things so busy and vibrant! Hope to spend more time here in the coming weeks, months and years!

Hi guys! Life has taken some twists and turns, and in the middle of it all my laptop died, so I'm gradually sorting it all out. I have the hard drive out and mounted, so I'll find those drafts and make them no longer be drafts! I also can no longer get on at work, which is a bummer, and time at home...

Hi Todd - Your volume is still too low, and with your mouth so close to the mic you're getting puffs of air hitting the mic when you say certain consonants (this is what "plosives" are). A pop screen can help with this, but the more immediate problem is that you should be able to improve y...
