Well we've still got few chapters pending so it looks like there will be time for a re-recording. If you want to do a better recording of your chapter thats just fine. Post the new one here and I'll replace the link in the magic window with the updated version.

These should definitely be in chronological order. Historical Newspaper Articles, volume 1 is a good name for the collection. As for the catalog summary: "Public Domain newspaper articles in the US span a period of nearly two and a half centuries. Subjects, styles, period, publisher, and length...

absolutely brilliant! I can't wait to hear the rest of this collection. "please note:..." is very appropriate, very helpful I would only suggest that opinions other than the opinion of the court be made into separate files to make for easy browsing. As in Plessy v. Ferguson where the file ...

File name and ID3 tags for "Austrian Emperor.." article should be changed to 1914-07-29. I mistakenly marked the date as 1914-06-29. Sorry for the confusion.

I should mention that there are many files at the uploader that didn't work and were later replaced with working files. Many of us have experienced errors while we were uploading and then reuploaded. I was not able to delete the bad files. Just be aware. MkyMous - assigned section 52 Winahath - assi...

About BC'ing, the good news is that you can copy most of the initial post. About sources I'll say this. "Inauguration of Abe.." is a mystery and "Austrian Emperor to take Command.." is newly re-edited and uploaded, the link's in the Magic Window. I read from an image of the New Y...

I think I've heard all of them, but there wasn't anything systematic about my listening and we'd do best to proof-listen them.

Well, That's pretty much a wraps on new submissions for volume 1. I'll have to re-edit the article that I submitted and then we'll be proof-reading but we aren't looking for anymore readers. That makes this a pretty short collection but 20 articles was good considering the complexity of this one. If...

Well, I think I'm gonna call it. I'll take out "Two Americans Arrested," meaning we'll have another article to complete before we call it quits on this collection. There are still plenty of good suggestions that haven't been recorded and I'll get to redoing the only one of the articles tha...
