In some books there are dialogues, and these can include hmms etc., it this is what the author wrote.

Hi, I'm a computer scientist currently working for CADIA in Reykjavik University. Natural speech communication is one of the objectives of my lab ("natural speech" means being able to talk to computers using an unconstrained vocabulary, as if you were talking to another human). Mariane
