OK, attempted to fix up Chapter 4. I have managed to lose the white noise, I think, in my new recordings...knock on wood!

It's the server-farm Ken runs in our office, I bet! I still have Audacity, so I can start noise-cleaning all my files. Thanks for having a go at it, Kara. I'll do it with all my submissions from now on.

Are you still using Sound Studio? If you teach me some settings, I can try it myself - do not want to make work for anyone.

What sort of noise is it? I will have to put the file on my iPod and listen to see if I can hear there.

I will fix Chapter 4 (how the heck did I get THAT wrong?!) and I will see about bumping up the volume.

Strangely, I do not hear any background noise when I listen on my computer, either the computer speaker or through the headphones on iTunes. ?! Ideas about what I should do?

Excellent job! I bow to your superior running skills!!! :) I am back on the program after a few injuries and illnesses. Had a bad sinus infection, have some ligament damage in my foot, struggling with what seems to be plantar fasciitis, which I have never had before. But I started back up last week ...

I'm still plugging away, though I seem to be stuck at W5D1. I've done W5D2 a couple of times, but pushing myself to 8-minute stretches literally puts me on the verge of collapse. :? (I've scared my family members a time or two :) - my parents saw me gasping for air and told me I shouldn't be going ...

W2D1 today...was awesome. Easier than W1D3. Going to get through this week then go back to strength training on the two break-days during the week.

Anyone else running?
