Section 1 is PL OK. It was interesting to listen to an actual State of the Union speech instead of our modern speeches which just seem aimed at taking credit for things supposedly done and blaming the opposition for everything else.

Good job with chapter 9 though some words, like and or of, were left out here and there, it made no difference to the story.
