Thanks for your very kind comments. I have to confess I have what is, I suspect, a slightly better than average set-up. The mic is a Beyer MC86N. At the risk of revealing what a geek I am I can also add that it was recorded through an Apogee Duet sound card onto my macbook pro and compressed via App...
