Thank you Patrick for your valuable tip, I tried a few other methods but couldn't get it accurate. However I will try your method using the effects/amplify... in my next assignment

The Silence in Section 24 trimmed and dB 89.1.

Thank you Patrick for your feedback on Section 24, will trim the silence and resend.
I have Section 25 ready but just need to figure out how to adjust the dB from 89.6 to 89. Will submit first thing in the morning.
