Re: [HISTORY] The Cambridge Modern History. Volume 03, The Wars of Religion-Leni

Michael,

Just checking in on Section 33. I'm a bit behind, having taken 2 weeks in the outer banks of NC, then my 2nd Covid vaccination. Anticipate I should have it ready for review by June 14, if not before. Just wanted to give you a heads up.

Take care,

John

Re: ~[HISTORY] The Cambridge Modern History. Volume 03, The Wars of Religion-Leni

Michael,

That sounds like a plan. IF I can finish the two sections in relatively short order (a couple of weeks), I'd be willing to take on the last section of that Chapter, also. If it hasn't been claimed by then. Let me see how quickly I can proceed.

Thanks much.

Take care,

John

Re: ~[HISTORY] The Cambridge Modern History. Volume 03, The Wars of Religion-Leni

I would be happy to claim two sections from CHAPTER IX. THE ELIZABETHAN NAVAL WAR WITH SPAIN.

Re: [HISTORY] The Cambridge Modern History. Volume 02, The Reformation - Leni

Michael, Thank you. I will definitely look for it. It was my first go at doing an audiobook read (other than my demo) from start to finish. Was always told that audiobooks were very challenging, especially if you do your own editing. I can now verify that guidance. The piece was a real challenge, es...

Michael,

Thanks. I've used several of those sources. Just wanted to be certain I was in the ballpark.

Re: [HISTORY] The Cambridge Modern History. Volume 02, The Reformation - Leni

Michael, Thanks. Viewed my reader page. Looks good. As a newbie, one question I had on my section - is there a standard guide for pronouncing names, references to books, etc. or as I suspect, is it incumbent upon the reader to search those out - as indeed he/she would if operating independently. Tha...
