Hello everybody. I just joined Librivox and I am checking out stuff. One of the things I have noticed is that Audacity makes MP3 files but not necessarily 128kbps. In fact my minute test was an odd 148. I have been exploring Audacity and I could not find the way to select the bit rate. Am I overlook...
