Thanks so much, Jo! I’ll make a mental note about the footnotes for next time … Possibly this book is better read without the interruptions of footnotes as it is quite complicated already!

Please could you tell me, should I read the footnotes and corrections at the very end of the book? I didn't mention numbers for footnotes while reading the book ...
