This is a very minor error in this otherwise very well read book. At the end of Chapter 15 there is the outro, 5 seconds of silence, and then 34 seconds or so of unedited text from somewhere else in the chapter. I think the section should end at 11:03, or thereabouts, and the part from 11:03 to 11:3...
