Oh! Sorry - it's nice to get the soloists' okay, but I was remiss in not acknowledging and adding Kevin in.

Re: [GRP/SELF-HELP] Thrift, by Samuel Smiles - tg
Thanks! I do enjoy your voice. :) 2:43 - 2l 14s 6d - this is sixpence , not six dollars. :) 2:48 - Please say "end of footnote" 4:17-4:25 - please remove this footnote. It's uninteresting, IMHO. 6:06 - please say "end of footnote" 7:14 - 8s 9d a day - "nine pence" please. :) 7:17 - 11s 7d ... 10s 9d...

Re: SOS
Hello everyone! I have a problem: when filling in the template for a new project I get an error message and the author's data is deleted, Zola in this case. I have stopped putting the name of the translator since it is a pseudonym and I thought that maybe that would be it. Well no. I have changed t...

I think you should both use the long form for your first section, then you can use the short one after that.

Re: [SOLO-BIBLE] Luke (YLT) - tg
If I read this correctly, here's what hasn't been done: 1 & 2 Corinthians Philippians Colossians Philemon 1 & 2 Peter Philemon would be very quick; isn't it only 1 chapter? Philippians is good, and 4 chapters, I think. Corinthians should probably be done in 2 projects. Peter could be 1 project or 2.

Re: [SOLO-HEBREW] Bible (Hebrew) 02: Exodus - tg
Is Sonneteer recording more than just the first section? It sounds like you're using some of his audio in the last section? If so, what you propose is fine. I'd also put him in the last section as a reader. (You can have more than one reader per section.) If his voice is in any other sections, let m...

That's optional, and it's more important in a group project where the PL note post can get lost in pages and pages of posts.
It's probably not needed here.

Chapter 45:
0:46 - long pause
1:26 - "End of chapter 46" should be 45
Chapter 47:
You read chapter 46 again: "A field flower wedding" rather than "An Orchard Pageant".

Re: SOLO: Entertaining Made Easy by Emily Rose Burt - tg
The DPL hasn't posted for a couple weeks. Here's a start on the final sections: Chapter 28: Beginning silence too long 0:15 - long pause 1:19 - "End of chapter 27" should be 28 Chapter 31: Only about 3 seconds of silence at the end Chapter 33: Volume too low (85.8 dB). Intro starts out louder but re...

Re: Suggest a "Staff Pick" for archive.org
I'm not sure what you mean with "main menu"? On my phone, it's the 3 horizontal bars in the upper left corner, aka "hamburger". The staff picks are in blog posts. On my phone, they're on the home page right below the new releases. The hamburger menu has: About Contact Forum Help Twitter Which is a ...
