Double check with the BC of the project to be sure, but I'd guess you skip the figure and the figure caption altogether.

No worries! I was only following along with the text because I'm also making the text into a Gutenberg book. I wouldn't have noticed the differences had I been doing my normal Standard PL. 8-)
