Nope, no idea what happened. Sysadmin sent two emails, and never got a response from IA. Whether IA did something or not, we don't know.

Wow - those would be hard to describe! It's generally the BC's choice whether or not to include the descriptions - or if the reader should try to describe what they see, especially if a diagram is important to the text - but I assume the image descriptions are not vital to the text, so you're very w...
