I used the checker to confirm volume and used MP3 Gain to get it to the middle of the acceptable range.

Hello Friends, I have fixed all the specific items you pointed out and am trying to figure out how to be sure I have the volume at an acceptable level. The current audio track is between .5 and -.5 on the linear scale in audacity. In the db scale it is at about -7. How do I compare this against the ...

Thanks very much for the feedback. I will work on the items mentioned and make another sweep of my own. So when I am done making the adjustments do i just upload a new file?
