If I may, Anne... :D It's a relatively easy table, you read it by column. First column: Theine: Carbon 49.80%, Hydrogen 5.08 %, Nitrogen 28.83%, Oxygen 16.29%, sum 100% and then the second column: Theobromine: Carbon... etc. Hope this helps. Ah, so it is a percentage!
