Re: OPEN[GROUP]Shakespeare Monologues Collection vol. 16 (Multilingual) by Shakespeare - thw

Hello,

I imagine that this has been dome many times before in previous collections, but I memorized it this summer, and it holds a special place in my heart.

Thank you!

Re: [GRP] Insomnia Collection Vol. 5 - tg

Hello, My contribution below... In the end, I didn't' find the material boring at all, and was very touched by the respect with which the writers treated their craft. But hoping for a calming effect, nonetheless. This was an invaluable learning experience. Thank you for the opportunity! (and for the...

Re: [GRP] Insomnia Collection Vol. 5 - tg

Hello! I am just about finished with my reading. A question: You ask at the beginning of the recording to say [Chapter/Section/Part] of [Book title]. The book I'm reading from isn't divided into chapters or sections, and doesn't have a table of contents. I haven't read the complete book, but stopped...

Re: Bloopers - 2

Somehow, the combination of 19th-century language and the subject of candy-making was the perfect recipe for a laughfest.

I hope it also gives you a chuckle, dear listener!

Re: [GRP] Insomnia Collection Vol. 5 - tg

From too short to too long!
Many of the texts I'm finding now are quite lengthy.
Is it permissible to read excerpts?
And, if so, how to select them?
I am thinking in particular of The Candy Maker's Guide by Fletcher Manufacturing Company at Project Gutenberg, but the options are many!

Thank you!

Thank you for the information!

I'm happy to know that the source text is okay, and will look for something longer.

Thanks again,

Re: [GRP] Insomnia Collection Vol. 5 - tg

Hello, I found this hilarious thread last night, and was laughing so much that I couldn’t fall asleep. Oh, the irony! I think I found something suitable for reading. It’s from the Library of Congress. I just wanted to confirm with you that it’s permissible to read from their archives. It may also be...
