Hi - I'm going to have to pull out of my reading (section 4) - I have been ill and it's affected my voice. I had hoped I'd recover quickly, but it's dragging on and I don't want to hold up the project further. Very sorry about that

It's raw and unedited, as suggested in the notes. I use Audacity 2.4.2, a Marantz UBS mic and Komplete Audio 1 interface on a Mac computer.
