I see "My Roomy" (11 & 12) is Open in the MW, but has a note that it was claimed. If it is indeed open, I'd be happy to take a go at it.

I would like to try Section 21 - "Luxury", if it is still available (I see it open on the table, but also note a user claimed it in February).
