Okay! I think I figured it out I changed the bit rate to 128 and put it through the noise canceller and it should be in mono -- fingers crossed!

I've uploaded section 16 there. Audacity kept crashing and I haven't been able to get it to work on my computer so I'm was not able to put it through a noise reduction. I believe its at the standard bitrate 0f 128 but if not, I may be able to convert it. Let me know if it needs any work. https://lib...
