The three options at that link are upload files, fill in the new project info page, and login for BCs and MCs. When I try the last one it says I don't have permission. Maybe access has been tightened recently.

Thanks. I wasn't sure if I should include the epigraph (the part of a poem by Lamb) that comes before the beginning of chapter 1. Just tell me if I should delete it or adapt the intro.
