Hello. It is 40 minutes. I tried my best to spit the chapter equally so they are both roughly the same time. the next chapter should also be around 40 minutes.

Hay all sorry for the radio silence. I just finished recording the first part of chapter 13. Need to do some audio edits like long pauses etc. should be uploaded tomorrow. Not sure I will be able to get part 2 donen by this week so my apologies for missing the deadline.
