Sections 9-12 are ready for PL.

Section 8 is ready for PL.

Section 7 is ready for PL.

Section 6 is ready for PL.

Section 5 is ready for PL.

Outro messages are fixed.

Section 4 is ready for PL.

Section 3 is ready for PL.

Edit: I think I forgot some outro messages. Moving the sections to Assigned for now.

With the new files, I'll continue to update in the absence of a DPL for now.

My access to the text has been restricted in some way. Whenever I visit any page on hathitrust.org, it has a blur effect that prevents me from reading. It's consistent with different browsers and VPN settings.

That text is OK with me, but it's vol. 1 of 2 for the poem. Is there a vol. 15 of that collected works on the same site?
