I figured it out! The sample rate was not the problem, but that a spatial sound setting was turned on in my Realtek settings. Where that setting is? I already lost it. Lol. But problem solved!

I want to edit my audio tracks in Audacity with headphones plugged directly into my laptop. But when the audio plays, I hear it in stereo(?), where both ear buds are playing the track, but the sound/voice is doubled. When I use the earphones through my Yeti mic, I hear the track fine, both ears play...
