You didn't say you wanted to preclaim - if you check the first post in the working thread it is clearly explained, you just need to post there that you wish to preclaim the cover - you need to have a project number and be the BC. We can't do anything with covers until the project has an Internet Archive page, which is made at the end of the validation project.
The covers are stored on the projects IA page.

Trouble with jokes is that many of them do depend on the audience so they are funny to some audiences and offensive to others - and we do have a very mixed membership. We can make jokes about our nation, but often are not amused about "outsiders" making them.
