Re: ESPAÑOL. ¿Por que no traducimos los vídeos tutoriales?

All things here are done by volunteers. And any videos made about the computer would need to be made by someone who has that language version of the software on their computer otherwise the images of the screens would not be correct. We would host any made though.

Re: [SOLO] BLAST No. 1 by Wyndham Lewis -ans

I've kept the cover simple - it seemed more appropriate somehow. I think the reason I found the Epstein ones interesting is that they seemed very different from say Coventry Cathedral wheras early Picasso I can see how he got to late Picasso

Re: The Early History of Rome by Livy

By "starts again" do you mean at volume 1 or on the unread books ? I hope the second :D In my many years of volunteering in various groups the best advice I had was that I should answer "what a good idea, how are you going to do it". Maybe there is no one very interested in recording this in our mem...

Re: Orphans (sections needing new readers)

You need to post in the project - it's linked in the post. This is just a sort of notice board :D

Re: Librivox 15th Anniversary Collection

It becomes increasingly difficult to find genuine contributions after about 12, and although you can always come up with the 17th psalm or chapter 17 of war and peace it is rather dull listening. Also it is meant to be a fun diversion :D. And it's more fun with a reasonably short time from start to ...

Re: Can I translate the project template?

If someone is interested some time, we do have a collection of responses for people who email wanting information . We have them in many languages but not in Russian and google translate can be rather confusing for this type of thing. So a translation would be nice to have. Thanks for the interest i...

Re: (SOLO) The Basic Bible, Old Testament - ans

I do adjust too high volumes while I catalogue so don't worry, it's the low ones that are difficult to fix - amplifying low ones directly often causes clipping, So just leave it.

Re: Librivox 15th Anniversary Collection

We don't normally launch anniverary collections in May - late July August is a better time line.

Re: [SOLO] Blast No. 1 by Wyndham Lewis -ans

I've had a go at the summary, would you take a look and let me know if you think there is anything worth adding? Corrections to Part 8 to follow shortly. Anne, I've just realised that the title of this should be BLAST No. 1 (capital letters) - I think I've changed it, but I have missed something, c...

Re: The all-new "HELP! I have an Audacity problem" thread

You would also need to be very careful - the "boiler plate" intro can vary from project to project depending on the project. I'd I've thought it was easier to read it each time - as Larry said your voice varies with time and projects vary in their solemnity. And it does warm your voice up a bit. So ...
