unless you are reading from a scan it is more likely to be an OCR error not picked up by those preparing OCRs for "publishing" . It is more difficult to pick up errors that make real words - the ones I've done I have started by doing a spell check which flags many OCR mistakes but I've not done it "...

Re: [MYSTERY] The Pink Shop by Fergus Hume-ans

I've managed to check and fix the remaining sections - the missing intro was very very low, but amplified well enough to be OK , and on checking the text the missing words didn't affect the overall meaning so I'll start the validation process.

Not sure I'm really interested in being asked to fix typing errors, I'm sure there are many more.

Re: [COMPLETE] Manchester Poetry by James Wheeler -ans

The cover is there on all my searches - I'm not sure why you can't see it - maybe the Archive server was overloaded or something. All the authors you entered in the meta data are showing ? If there are more you want to show just post them here with any info you have and I'll see what I can do. You c...

Re: Anderson Horne vs Andersen Horne

I've fixed that - seems as though PG put -son on its title page but the actual story has -sen. I've assumed -sen was right Anne As a hint for using the search - the less information you put in the better your results. added - a google search gives a mishmash of names - and there only seems to be 1 s...

Re: In the Year 2889

And that is the problem, there is only space for 1 author in the metadata for works in collections. there is no room for translators either. This is not ideal but it is how it is and we need to live with it and try ...

Sorry Mark - I've been really busy - I have heard that there is sometimes a problemif you are uploading and accessing the MW at the same time - if you log out then log in see if it works then Or try using the uploader link via the workfow , it's in the dropdown links there. If neither work I'll seek...

The Archive link was used for the first version - I'd suggest using it for this - Archive has a Google scan so it is the same book but Archive is a much more reliable link to use
