Re: Covermakers Chat Thread

Hey guys! I am very new to cover making and had a question. I know that for group projects it is good to have a list of who read what sections. However the project I am working on has 108 sections. I don't know how to best fit these on. Any suggestions?

If you're six years old, your parents would handle more than just the account. They would also have to handle the editing, the uploading, the posting...

Just sayin'. :D
True. That would be a lot of work . Glad I only have to manage myself :D

..when, no matter what you opened your computer search engine for, you automaticallly type 'librivox forum', every single time.
...when you only have to type 'f' for the site to come up .

Those are some good ones!

Re: Teenage volunteers

Adding on here: I know that kids CAN volunteer for LV, since I've seen it time and time again, but is there anything that says that kids under 13 can't have their own accounts, managing them and everything? I think I read something about it in the Wiki, somewhere. I just can't remember. I think it'...

Thank you for your careful PL! Much appreciated! I have comments on your notes :D: @4:40 Text says: “My lord!” said Lord Errol." I heard: ' “My lord!” said Sir Errol." ' I had to google this one, to find the difference between calling someone a lord or sir. What I found is that a "Lord" is a politic...

Re: PL first-timer question

I'm a bit surprised about this - regarding standard PL'ing. I've always assumed that anyone PL'ing would always use the text, otherwise how would it be possible for them to say it was anything near accurate, and the reader could have added his own additions and alterations. I thought it had to be 9...

Re: You know you're addicted to LV when... (slight return)

WHAT?! I wish I had that much time to do LibriVox! Wow, how many sections would I get out?? Probably like 30 a day, plus PLing! Nah - your voice would give out before that. Trust me. I know- me too! I'll be away for a week in the middle of April and I'll have to leave a DR behind....

Re: Teenage volunteers

Yes! At least I’m pretty sure. I am a teenage volunteer too and I had no problem, but I joined when I was older than 13. When registering if I remember correctly you could select if you are over 13 or under 13 (I don’t remember which one 13 was grouped with). If you are under 13 I believe you just n...

Excellent Narration. I enjoyed it to the max. You are one of my favorite readers. I love the way you gave each character a different voice. I can hear that you really enjoyed reading it. I can't wait to hear the next chapter. Thank you sooo much, that means a lot :D! I'm very glad you liked it. I a...
