I had only 1 minute of reading left . Kindle had an estimate of another 45 minutes of reading, but that included all those footnotes, which I didn't do.
So section 21 is now correct and I won't need a section 22.

Larry, hold off on section 21 for now. I just realized that there are only a couple of paragraphs left in the book, so I will tack them on to the end of 21 and will re-upload that section
