Section 21 is PL ok! Section 22: 7:13 Text reads "While it is true that the courts of the South as constituted, at present...." I heard "While it is true that the courts of the South are constituted, at present...." This small change makes the sentence sound wonky and hard to follow. 7:34 Text read...

I have one note for section 20, and it's a pretty minor change, but makes the sentence a bit confusing. 5:41 I hear "...whose duty it is to discharge or pass on the innocence of guilt of the prisoner..." It should be "...whose duty it is to discharge or pass on the innocence or guilt of the prisone...
