Thanks! Great to get feedback - I'll remember about filenames. Just a small note: in the magic window, "syrup" in the title is spelled "sirup."

May I have 13? And a question: The author quotes another source so, in a non-fiction piece like this, should I say "quote" and "end of quote" when I see quotation marks?
