Thank you so much for the help and great tips! I'm going to watch these videos and tinker to see if I can get this corrected. I'm using an external mic but like you said, I may not have chosen the right one in audacity. Going to do some playing and get everything in order. Thanks again!!

Hi, I was wondering if someone could tell me the best way to save my file in Audacity so I can come back to it and edit? I have no problem exporting, but where can I simply save the recording IN Audacity?
