We have been notified that the book "Sammlung deutscher Gedichte 012" is missing it's cover art.

The cover art is available on the LibriVox catalogue page https://librivox.org/sammlung-deutscher-gedichte-012-by-various/.

I think your correspondent is referring to the Hörbücher LibriVox app at http://librivox.bookdesign.biz/de/book/7953. The app is produced by someone else, not LibriVox itself, and you'd need to contact the app producer at support@bookdesign.biz.
